Supporting a movement and making people enthusiastic, that’s what gives me lots of energy. It makes me glad when I see people start doing those things that are really important for them. It can be hard to change, and sometimes it is tempting to work in the same way as were you’re used to. Reflecting on behavior in order to recognize patterns is – in my opinion -the first step in order to realize change.

Jorrit van Dijk graduated in the field of Strategic Management at the Radboud University. Besides, he graduated in Human Resource Management. During his master theses, he researched the importance of reflection and evaluation within organizations in order to achieve their sustainability goals. Jorrit is result-oriented, without losing focus on the process. With an analytical view and good listening-skills, he tries to recognize patterns by observing the behavior of employees and leaders.
