Jorrit has a background in Strategic Management and HRM. In recent years, he has specialized in Systems Thinking. He applies his knowledge and experience to complex change issues. Jorrit is results-oriented but maintains a focus on the process. With an analytical perspective and a listening ear, he observes the behavior of employees and leaders to identify patterns.
